This hotel is VERY unique. bamboo architecture EXISTS everywhere, from villas to restaurants. i found jungle surroundings with rice terrace views to be wonderful. the pools by the river provided places to sit and relax. They are cool and refreshing.
i did not like the VERY poor customer service i received. our luggage was not delivered for nearly three hours upon check-in because of rain. we were also given no walking tour or safety instructions, because it was raining.

The architecture features fine designs. The walks around the hotel was like a true adventure. Eating dinner next to the river was AMAZING!!! The outdoor pools were crystal clear.
The service was not up to par. Our luggage was not delivered for nearly three hours after check-in because of rain. We received no walking tour of the hotel, nor safety instructions because of the same reason.

The breakfast area features a swing, providing an eating space over the river. i enjoyed the natural pools with cold water near rice fields. The surrounding views were fine.
The hotel's layout made it easy to get lost. Better signage would definitely improve navigation.
